Hey there! I was born in 1994, and ever since I was young, I've been a huge fan of video games, horror, and heavy music. Being creative is a big part of who I am, and I love to express myself through drawing and other forms of art. That's why I created BRET BARNEY ART - a place where I can share my creativity with the world.Recently, i began focusing even more on my art and wanted to share it with everyone. That's when I decided to start releasing enamel pins, with the first batch being released at the end of 2022.Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my work. FAQs

I ship orders Monday - Friday. My local USPS office closes early on Saturdays, while I try to ship out orders on Saturdays as well, it is not always guaranteed.

**I ship orders out within 1-4 business days (M-F)**. Due to being just one person running every aspect of the business and having a primary job besides this, it can be tough. However, I do my best to get most orders shipped out the following business day from the date of the order being placed.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and are based on your location as the buyer. Keep in mind, I do offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, see the "Promotions" Tab to see how to qualify for Free Shipping!

On my Etsy storefront you may cancel an order automatically within 2 hours from the order being placed. If it has been past the hour or I have already packaged the order, then unfortunately it cannot be cancelled.

Returns, and refunds are only possible under certain conditions, a few examples are: damaged orders, package gets lost in the mail, etc. Please contact me with your issue to see if you qualify. You must request the return or replacement within 14 days (For applicable orders/items *See the item listing on Etsy to check if it is eligible for a return*) from the date the item was marked "Delivered" according to the delivery carrier. If a return or replacement is accepted ;you, the buyer, is responsible for return shipping costs and to package the return safely. Shipping costs will be deducted from the return amount. The items must also be returned in the same shape as they arrived (with the item and any application backing, packaging, etc - Intact). If not all the items are returned the total $ amount returned will reflect the missing or damaged items). On Etsy you can request a return through the Etsy website, or message me directly on Etsy, requesting a return and refund with the reasoning. If the order qualifies for a return I will begin that process with you.

I do not, unfortunately. You may request a return (See "Do You Offer Returns" for what circumstances a return/exchange is accepted. Please keep in mind, per the return policy, you will be covering the return shipping costs.
